A man identified as Mohammed Abubakar had been stabbed to death by his 17-year-old younger brother following a heated argument over a stolen mobile phone.
Abubakar who was said to be an expert in phone repairs had accused his younger brother of stealing a phone that belonged to one of his clients.
It was gathered that the suspect had been caught a couple of times in possession of stolen phones.
According to Daily Trust, the suspect disappeared into thin air after the incident which happened on Friday, January 23, 2015 at Zone 5 in Dutse, Bwari Area Council of the Abuja.
Some neighbours of the victim who narrated the incident Abubakar had asked his younger brother if he had any knowledge of where the phone was.
The question infuriated him and prompted him to immediately stormed the kitchen where he eventually brought the knife with which he stabbed the deceased who fell down to the floor in the process.
Abubakar’s younger brother abandoned him in the pool of his own blood and took to his heels after committing the abominable act.
Abubakar was however rushed to a nearby hospital but was unfortunately pronounced dead on arrival.
