A 47-year-old Pennsylvania woman, Jacklyn Blake, on Thursday,November 27, 2014, reportedly chased her boyfriend around a dining room before she stabbed him in the chest for eating Thanksgiving dinner while she was fast asleep.
Authorities confessed to officers who responded to her Wilkes-Barre (WILKS’-ba-ree) home Thursday. Officers found her boyfriend inside holding a towel over his chest. He was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, according to HuffinghtonPost.
The woman was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, simple assault, reckless endangerment and making terroristic threats. It wasn’t clear if she has a lawyer.
The victim whose identity was not disclosed revealed that Blake had been drunk earlier on the fateful day and that the attack took place when she woke up from sleep.
He also disclosed that she stabbed him and then threw the knife, striking him just below the left eye.
