Former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has alleged that Northern leaders of the opposition party, All progressives Congress (APC) is sponsoring operations of the dreaded Islamist extrmist sect, Boko Haram.
The former minister made this known while speaking to pressmen in Osogbo shortly after attending the campaign rally of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Tuesday, July 29, 2014.
He insisted that members of the APC could not be trusted on the operations of Boko Haram.
He said that “the APC in the north is the political wing of Boko Haram in the Northern part of Nigeria. This, I have said before and no one amongst them was bold enough to challenge me. I will continue to say it again and again.”
Fani-Kayode is a former member of the APC who recently defected back to PDP.
