A video of 54-year-old Congolese cabinet member, Enock Ruberangaba Sebineza, masturbating in his office has gone viral on the Internet.
The 4 minutes, 27 seconds video went viral on Thursday April 28, showing the Democratic Republic of Congo state minister for posts telecommunications having a quick solo action, Naij reports.
In the images that have gone viral, Sebineza is seen using a white piece of white cloth to clean up after his sexual act.
The video shows the minster looking satisfied the masturbating session. He resumes work soon after in a giddy state.
The official portrait of the country’s president, Mr. Joseph Kabila and the Congolese flag is seen in the video.
The video went viral sparking an online campaign with the hashtag, #SebinezaMustGo trending on social media. Congolese citizens demanded the ministers sack over the act.
President Kabila succumbed to public pressure and fired the Sebineza on April 30, 2016.
