Olorunshola, who resides at No. 2, Peace Estate, Ikota, area of the state is facing a charge of murder.

The Prosecutor, Sgt. Jimah Iseghede, told the court that the accused committed the offence at his residence on Friday, November 13, 2015 around 4 p.m.

On the fateful day however, the duo had an argument and in the process, the accused picked up an iron and hit the deceased on the head.

He said: “When the accused came in, he didn’t like how he met the deceased and his child and he reacted out of anger.”
