Hamza El Rufai, one of the sons of the former minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nasir El Rufai died Monday morning, July 29, 2014 in a car accident.
El Rufai made the announcement on his Facebook page.
