Adamu, a resident of No. 12, Railway Station, Fagba, Lagos, and Etafia, who resides at No. 6, Ololade St., Fagba, Lagos, are facing a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing.

The prosecutor, Sgt. Joseph Ajebe, said that the accused committed the offences on Nov. 21, at about 6.00a.m., at Fagba Railway Crossing, New Oko-Oba, Lagos.

Ajebe said that the complainant, Mr Jimoh Christopher, had given Etafia a tricycle for commercial purpose, with an agreement that he would remit some money to daily to the owner.

“Etafia parked the tricycle at Fagba, Railway Crossing, Lagos, after the day’s work, where it was being guarded by Adamu, a security guard.
