Popular hip hop model, Amber Rose hosted her first ever Slut Walk event in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 3, 2015. The campaign is aimed at putting a stop to slut-shaming and abuse which women suffer.
Amber, 31, who has previously dated hip-hop artistes, Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa broke into tears while speaking about the swipes the rappers took at her in the past.
She stated that it was extremely hurtful to hear Wiz Khalifa with whom she has a son refer to her as ‘a stripper’.
While Sobbing, Amber said: “He went on to make a song saying that he fell in love with a stripper, but fell out of love quicker. As you can imagine, him being the love of my life, regardless of us going through a separation or not it was extremely hurtful.” She then went on to note that she has forgiven the 28-year-old rapper as he had apologised.
Amber also said she wants to forgive Kanye who once claimed he had to take ’30 showers’ after dating Amber Rose before he could date his current wife, Kim Kardashian.
“I want to forgive Kanye about what he said about me. I want to let all of that negativity go,” she noted.
Amber Rose might have forgiven Kanye West but her mum, Dorothy Rose hasn’t as she raised a placard with the inscription ‘ FUCK YO 30 showers!’
