Following fake election results emanating from the social media platforms on just concluded Presidential and National Assembly polls, National secretary of Labour Party has cried out, alleging that All Progressives Congress, APC is running a parallel INEC ICT office directly from Governor Babatunde Fashola’s office in Lagos State.
According to Labour Party’s scribe, the intent was to manipulate election results in favor of opposition APC which is what they have already started even when yesterday’s electoral process was still on.
In a chat with the media from his home town in Ondo State, Barrister Kayode Ajulo alleged that, “This team of hackers have committed worst electoral malpractice which can undermine our democracy and may also discredit the outcome of March 28, elections.”
Speaking further, “Nigerians should also know that INEC WEBSITE WAS HACKED INTO FOR 6 hours on Saturday by these same individuals. Information reached us that the perpetrators of this dastardly act are presently doling out fake results to confuse the citizenry.
I use this opportunity to make a clarion call to all our security agents and other concerned stakeholders to follow up and break this coordinated crime against Nigeria and modern, decent and constitutional democracy.”Ajulo said.
