Holden said, “The gentleman was lying apparently asleep or drunk on his left hand side and it came to our attention that the lady seemed to be, in a drunken manner, trying to undo the gentleman’s shorts.

“It became apparent she seemed to be undoing the gentleman’s shorts and trying to release the button fly on the shorts.

“She appeared to manipulate the gentleman’s genitals.

“I was repulsed and very upset by it.

“It was a family event and there were children in the vicinity.

“Up until the sexual act I was amused to a certain extent.”

The video recording of the couple allegedly engaging in oral sex was presented to the jury during the hearing in court, according to Metro UK.

From the footage, the randy pair were seen lying on the grass, with Beck moving her head towards Murphy, whose penis was exposed.

But Beck, a hospitality waitress, said the video showed her trying to ‘shake’ her boyfriend, who is a gardener, awake and that she was ‘bewildered’ by the sex claims.

She said, “I shook him on his legs and waist and said wake up, get up.”

In response to the claims, the case prosecutor, Tom Cleeve quizzed, “You shook his legs, that didn’t work – what else did you shake?”

They deny outraging public decency on Sunday, September 14, 2014.

The trial continues.
