‘Boston Marathon Bomber’ Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Fidgets In Court As Jury Selection Begins

Boston Marathon alleged bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was reportedly fidgety during his second period of jury selection for his trial that was conducted on Tuesday, January 6, 2015.

Tsarnaev, who was dressed in khakis and a black sweater, seem so fidgety as he slouched in his chair and tap his feet while the Judge, George O’Toole demanded the prospective jurors on what is expected of them in the proceeding.

The suspected terrorist was noticed to frequently scratch his face and tapped his feet in fear of what might likely become of him.

Judge O’Toole spelt out a set of instructions and orders to each set of potential jurors before having them fill out a questionnaire to determine if they are eligible to serve and if they can operate without arbitrary intentions. The process will produce a complete Jury of 12 and six alternatives out of approximately 1,200 people that were shortlisted.

Tsarnaev will finally know his fate by Monday, January 26, 2015 when the trial will begin and it will between three to four months

The Jury has placed a 30-count charges against Tsarnaev from the incidents that occurred during the week of the Boston Marathon bombing and he could face the death penalty if found guilty.
