Female Prison Officer Caught Having Sex With Inmate (VIDEO)

Must read

A female prison officer was arrested Monday, May 12, 2014 for having sex with an inmate after her regular social media communication with inmates was revealed by news reports.

Kenyetta Foxe was arrested for allegedly having sex with convicted murderer Michael Daniels at Riverbend Maximum Security Prison. It is forbidden for prison officers to have sexual relations with inmates in the prison where she worked.

Daniels is serving a life sentence, plus 23 years following a 2008 conviction for the 2006 gang related murder of Adrian Patton. He is eligible for parol in 2072.

A Channel 4 I-Team investigation found that Foxe, who was hired in February 2013, was friends with several inmates on Facebook and Instagram and openly communicated with them.

One of Foxe’s alleged sexual friends goes by the name “Dough Boy,” and his Facebook photos show him rapping and eating pizzas in prison.

When “Dough Boy” wrote that he got stabbed, Foxe wrote on his Facebook page on May 9 that she saw him afterwards and “it was great seeing him and talking to him for a minute.”

Foxe’s Facebook profile shows that she is friends with several inmates who are still incarcerated.

The Facebook communications were shown to Davidson County Sheriff Darron Hall by the news organisation and his response was, “She wouldn’t work here. It’s as simple as that. You can’t do that and work here,” said Hall.

At one point, it is reported, Foxe posted a picture of herself, and then another inmate, Stevie Dickson, reposted the picture on his own timeline. Dickson is a convict serving time at Tennessee State Penitentiary, a prison where Foxe once worked.

Dickson posted a photo of Foxe on his Facebook page with a not so subtle comment, “I need it in my life.” Then he posted that he needed support, and Fox replied, “I got you.”

“The Tennessee Department of Correction remains vigilant in our fight to reduce contraband in our facilities and will prosecute and discipline those found with illegal items. It is important to note that the arrest of the officer at Riverbend was a result of our efforts to operate safe and secure prisons and detect contraband,” said spokeswoman Neysa Taylor in a statement to WSMV.

Foxe was charged with one felony count of sex with prisoners, she was booked into a Metro jail and released on a $10,000 bond.
