Former Chelsea team doctor, Eva Carniero who unceremoniously left the club in September 2015 is now a married woman.
The 42-year-old got married to Polar explorer, Jason De Carteret at St Patrick’s Church in Soho, London on Wednesday, November 11, 2015.
Surprisingly, no current Chelsea player was at the ceremony. Former Chelsea goalkeeper, Mark Schwarzer was among some of the former Blues in attendance.
Dr. Eva was dropped from Chelsea’s first-team duties on August 8, 2015 after Jose Mourinho criticized her and physio, John Fearn for going on to the pitch to treat Eden Hazard which meant the player had to leave the pitch for a while thereby reducing Chelsea to nine men as goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois had earlier been sent off.
The Gibraltar-born doctor is suing Mourinho for constructive dismissal and an employment tribunal hearing is set to take place early 2016.
