The Commandant-General of the Nigerian Security Civil Defence Corps, Ade Abolurin on Sunday, April 12, 2015 had arrived the Daura, Katsina state residence of Nigeria’s President-elect Gen Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), alongside some top officers of the corp, photographers and members of the press.

The NSCDC boss and his cohorts were left in the excruciating sun for hours before they were allowed into Buhari’s abode.

Abolurin, still recuperating from a fire burn incident got the shock of his life when an aide of Buhari, informed them that the retired General instructed that he wants him out of his residence and will not be granting him any form of audience.

Perplexed, the corps officers left in a haste to the surprise of other delegation members outside, who were waiting and hoping to see the president-elect and take photographs with him.

Private business tycoons are not left out of the visits, Forte Oil CEO, Femi Otedola, and Oando boss Adewale Tinubu also visited Buhari last week.

The national leader of the All Progressives Congress, Ahmed Bola Tinubu, shortly before the governorship elections brought the Chagoury brothers to meet with the president-elect in a closed door meeting.
