Croatia may not have won their opening match against Brazil but did win the world’s hearts, minds, and so much more thanks to a sneaky paparazzi.
After their match, the team decided the best way to get over their defeat was to get naked together in their hotel pool at the Praia do Forte base, unknown to them that their naked hot male bodies was on display for a cameraman who managed to hide in some bushes around the hotel.
The photos were published and quickly went viral, thanks to the internet.
The Croatia Boys are not finding this funny as they’ve reacted by imposing a media blackout.
However, their coach, Niko Kovac, who is also very displeased with the paparazzi during a press statement said:
“I can’t force them to be at your disposal after what you have done to them and their families. How would you feel if someone took naked pictures of you? They are adamant that they won’t speak to you lot any more and I don’t know whether the silence will end tomorrow or last until the end of our World Cup campaign. I respect my players’ opinion and I also know that you have done a very professional job so far but you blew it with this one. The whole world has seen the photos.”
