Policeman Arrested For Breaking Into Home Of Ex During Sex With Her New Boyfriend (PICTURED)

A 33-year old police officer  identified as David Jose Hernandez, was arrested for breaking into a home and holding a couple at gunpoint in their bedroom on the 600 block of Oates Avenue, California.

Hernandez was said to have been a police officer in King City for almost two years.

According to The Californian reports on Friday, November 7, 2014, the King City police officer was arrested over the weekend, after he broke into the home of his former girlfriend about 11:30 p.m.

According to Monterey County Sheriff’s deputies, the arraigned officer allegedly broke into the house and proceeded to the bedroom thereby interrupting a session of love making between his ex girlfriend and her new boyfriend.

It was also learnt that he pointed a gun and threatened the couple while they were still in bed for about 15 minutes before he finally gave up and left.

Sources from the force disclosed that Hernandez was armed with a semi-automatic weapon.

He was arrested and charged with false imprisonment, displaying a firearm and burglary.
