Seemingly unaware that a selfie was being taken, Clinton is seen looking downwards at Avdali’s chest while she looks at the camera.
She shared the hilarious pic with the caption: “Billy boy checking on my tatas.”
And of course that sent it instantly viral!
Just to heap more misery on poor Bill and his wandering eye, Avdali’s friend posted it on social media site Reddit saying: “President Clinton didn’t realize my friend was taking a selfie with him.”

According to her Facebook page, Avdali is from Los Angeles where she works as teacher.
Clinton was in Jerusalem last year, visiting the grave of Yitzhak Rabin, the Israeli Prime Minister who was assassinated in 1995 after addressing a large rally in Tel Aviv.
The former commander-in-chief didn’t spend all his time ogling women as another picture showed him standing sombrely with his hands clasped.

Clinton found himself embroiled in a sex scandal during his second term in 1998 after an affair with intern Monica Lewinsky while she worked in the White House in 1995 and 1996.
It was during the subsequent investigation that Clinton uttered the infamous line: “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.”
