The Court of Appeal this morning has thrown out an appeal by the purported LGA Chairmen of the Rivers State APC for lack of competence.
This judgment is the second in a series of judicial fatalities suffered by the Rivers State Chapter of the APC in less than a week.
Recall that just last Friday January 15, 2015, the Yenagoa Division of the National Industrial Court also threw out a suit by the APC impostors on grounds of forum shopping and abuse of Court process.
With the Court of Appeal now slamming the sledgehammer on the preposterous suit, the APC now has no other choice but to go back to the drawing board as they lick their wounds in utter disarray.
The judgement has been hailed by many Nigerians from across party lines who see this rejuvenation process at the Nation’s Judiciary as being in the best interest of her democracy.
