#SoundOff: Anarchy In Nigeria Can Be Avoided By A Fair And Impartial Judiciary

Must read

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]s it not disturbing and greatly inciting of civil disobedience that in spite of its promise to release a copy of its judgment against Governor Wike within 24 hours, the Abuja division of the Court of Appeal has failed to fulfill that promise more than 48 hours now and continues to withhold the judgment till date from the Governor knowing full well that he has only 14 days within which to appeal against the judgment?

Can we truly say this is merely a coincidence and that it is not part of a grand scheme to frustrate the Governor’s right of appeal to the supreme court?

Why is the current All Progressives Congress (APC) Federal Government desecrating the cherished values of our democracy?

Why is it now fashionable and becoming an acceptable norm to undermine the rule of law?
