How is it possible that James Falake who is representing Ikeja Federal Con. 1 in Lagos state is still occupying his seat in the Lagos house of Rep when he’s said to have transferred his voters card to Kogi state?
How is it possible for Falake to be a member house of Rep in Lagos state and also running to be Deputy Gov. in Kogi if they won the election?
Why didn’t the PDP guy who was the second runner up take over his seat in the Lagos state house of Reps when he moved over his voters right to Kogi state?
Can someone who is not a registered voter in a constituency represent that constituency in the house of Reps?
Isn’t this impunity?
