Victoria’s Secret held one of the most anticipated shows of the year which showcased the dazzling $2 million Dream Angels Fantasy Bras.
The highlight of the annual Victoria’s Secret catwalk event is always the reveal of the Fantasy Bra, of which this year there were two.
Each of the luxurious designs, which took the designers more than 1,380 hours to make, was made by Mouawad jewelers using 16,000 rubies, diamonds and sapphires, all of which are strung together with 18 karat gold.
The duo of Brazilian beauties, Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima, starred in this year’s edition which took place on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 in London.

The two supermodels were joined on the highly prestigious runway by fellow supermodels including South African Candice Swanepoel, Cindy Brunu, Ieva Laguna, Devon Windsor, Joan Smalls, Karlie Kloss, Doutzen, Kroes, Izabel Goulart, Lindsay Ellingson, Behati Prinsloo, Lily Aldridge, Elsa Hosk, and many more.
33-year-old Adriana wore the blue and silver version of the swanky lingerie, her toned body bedecked in intricate jewellery across her decolletage, down her torso and also over her slim hips.
Alessandra, 33, wore the red bra, and was covered in even more body jewellery accentuating her enviably trim shape, flat stomach and muscular yet lean thighs.
Each of the women – who have been Victoria’s Secret Angels for years (Adriana since 2000, Alessandra since 2004) – were adorned with large, flowing capes matching the colour of their underwear, adding to the drama of the moment.
Lucky man! Ed Sheeran got to perform alongside the ladies as they stepped out in the custom-made bras, designed by Mouawad.
In mid-November, they had taken the elaborate bras to the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, Nevada to pose with the bejeweled creations.
Adriana said at the time: ‘It’s like a highlight really of the show, the fantasy bra, and every year the models, we always get nervous to see who is going to get to wear the bra.
‘This year it’s really exciting because it’s the first time that we’re going to have two Fantasy Bras on the fashion show,’ she added.
‘I’m honored to be here with Alessandra, doing the show, walking the runway together. I cannot wait.’
