About 1500 members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State defected to the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Receiving the defecting members at a PDP campaign rally held in Ore was the Ondo State PDP Chairman, Clement Faboyede.
Addressing the new members, Governor Olusegun Mimiko urged them to “continue to propagate the gospel of Jonathan and work assiduously for his re-election.”
