A tipper has hit and killed a motorcycle rider and his passenger at Eleganza bus stop along Lekki-Epe Expressway on Tuesday, March 15, 2022.
The death of the two men, who are said to be brothers, caused youths to vandalize and set ablaze the tipper.
The driver of the tipper fled the scene of the accident.
