NEW YORK, USA – Cardi B has revealed she is expecting her fourth child, confirming the news during a CBS Mornings interview with Gayle King on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
The rapper, whose second album Am I The Drama? is set for release later this year, said she is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Stefon Diggs, wide receiver for the New England Patriots.
The pair went public with their relationship earlier this year.
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend Stefon Diggs,” Cardi said.
She added that the child is due before her Little Miss Drama arena tour begins in February.
The 32-year-old performer reflected on the balance between her career and personal life.
“I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong. I feel very powerful that I’m doing all this work,” she said.
“But I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby, and me and my man, we’re very supportive of each other.”
The pregnancy follows a high-profile separation from her former partner, rapper Offset, with whom she shares three children: daughters Kulture and Blossom, and son Wave.
The couple’s split was widely covered in the media and marked by public disputes.
In the interview, Cardi spoke candidly about her relationship with Diggs, describing him as a source of reassurance and stability.
Her forthcoming album includes a track titled “Safe,” inspired by her new partner.
“He just makes me feel safe and very confident and very strong,” she said.
“I mean, two weeks ago I was literally having a panic attack. I was crying and crying and crying, just because I was just getting really nervous with the whole album rollout … People were coming at me very hard. Sometimes people love you, people hate you. And people was just saying very mean things about me.”
The announcement comes amid heightened anticipation for Am I The Drama?, Cardi B’s first full-length project since her debut album Invasion of Privacy in 2018, which won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album.
