The Court of Appeal sitting in Owerri, the Imo State capital, has declared the candidate for APGA, Alex Otti, as the winner of the Abia governorship poll, reports say.
The court upturned the ruling of the election tribunal which upheld the victory of Governor Ikpeazu of PDP.
The court declared Otti as the rightful winner of the election.
