The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has presented a Certificate of Return to Anambra governor-elect, Professor Chukwuma Soludo.
Soludo, the candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliace, APGA, was declared winner of the elections held on November 6.
INEC held the presentation in Awka, the state capital on Friday, November 12, 2021.
