Nollywood actress, Ibinabo Febrisima has been granted bail, according to Daily Post.
The actress was taken to prison to begin serving a 5-year jail term after the Court of Appeal in Lagos tossed out her over the manslaughter charge on death of a medical doctor, Giwa Suraj who died in a motor accident in an auto accident along Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos in 2006.
Justice Jamilu Yammama Tukur of the appeal court said on Thursday, April 7, 2016 he was granting the actress bail pending the determination of a suit filed by her at the Supreme court.
