Buhari is Not Mentally Capable Of Ruling Nigeria – FERMA Boss

Must read

The Chairman of the Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), Jide Adeniji has downplayed the chances of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari in the Saturday, February 14, 2015 presidential election, questioning the mental ability of the one-time Head of State.

Adeniji enthused thus at a press conference held in Osogbo, the Osun State capital on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, adding that Buhari did nothing of note during his time as military leader after usurping power from Shehu Shagari via a coup.

The FERMA chief, who doubles as the Secretary of Peoples Democratic Party’s Presidential Campaign Team in the South West commended President Goodluck Jonathan for his numerous achievements, including the establishment of Federal Universities in several states.

He further added that the selection of Yemi Osinbajo as running mate to Muhammadu Buhari was of no effect as it does not translate to massive support from the Yoruba people of the South West.

In his words: “I respect General Buhari; he is an elderly man, but Buhari does not have the mental capability to rule Nigeria. Some people ruled Nigeria and did not build anything, they did not do anything to uplift the standard of education.

“No way, President (Goodluck) Jonathan won’t hand over power to an S75 holder. His certificate is in doubt. Is that the kind of leader Nigeria needs now? No. “Such person is not fit to lead a country like Nigeria.”
