If you just got a call that you have just won €130 million Euro, how will you feel?
A car mechanic will tomorrow be revealed as the winner of a massive €130 million lottery jackpot. The winner, who is also a racing driver, will go public at a press conference in Dorking, Surrey, and reveal what he plans to do with his win.
The mechanic and racing driver from Coulsdon, Surrey, scooped the EuroMillions £107,932,603.20 jackpot on Friday.
The man, who becomes Britain’s fourth biggest national lottery winner, was not named by operator Camelot today.
But tomorrow morning he will go public at a press conference in Dorking, Surrey, and reveal what he plans to do with his win.
He scooped the jackpot with numbers 6,24,25,27,30 and lucky stars 5 and 9.
A lottery spokesman said: “This massive win ranks fourth biggest on the National Lottery rich list.”
The largest was Colin and Chris Weir, of Largs, Ayrshire, who won £161million in 2011.
The couple, from Haverhill, Cambs, split soon after, blaming the money for wrecking their marriage.
Adrian, 43, is now engaged to 27-year-old stable girl Samantha Burbidge and plans to wed in a lavish James Bond-style ceremony.
A single ticket scooped the latest big prize, making the holder richer than the likes of Robbie Williams and George Michael in a matter of seconds.
The sum could help them buy their own Greek island such as Omfori, being advertised for just over £41 million, and a Lamborghini Veneno, one of the world’s most expensive cars at a cost of £2.4 million, and still have plenty left to spend.
Or they could splash most of the money in a single purchase to buy a 21-bedroom home in London’s Mayfair, which is on the market for £90 million.
A National Lottery spokesman said: “We’re delighted Friday’s ticket-holder has come forward to claim this amazing prize.
“This massive win ranks fourth biggest on the National Lottery Rich list and is the first EuroMillions jackpot to be won here in the UK so far this year.”
