Today, an amazing thing happened. I bought a new phone and decided to give my old blackberry out, but I had too much sensitive information on it. Then a friend of mine who is an IT enthusiast took my phone and with a few clicks wiped it clean of all my old data and reverted it to the original factory setting of the manufacturer. And God opened my eyes.
Because I had asked this man to wipe my phone clean, he cleaned it up and returned it to the state it was when it was manufactured. If he, a man, could do that upon my request. Imagine what God will do upon our request?
God says in Isaiah 1:18 “come let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool”.
Now, my phone which was filled with data is now free of it and is ready to serve someone else. If you are filled with sin and it has guilted you away from God, receive Jesus today as your Lord and personal Saviour and your sins will be wiped away and where you once served your lusts and the prince of this world, you can now serve God through the Prince of Peace Jesus.
Don’t miss this opportunity because as is often said, today is all we are sure of (if even at all). Tomorrow is promised to no man.
