As a Christian, it is not necessarily a good thing if all men speak well of you.
In fact Luke 6:26 says, “woe to you when everyone speaks well of you, for that is how their ancestors treated the false prophets”.
Your life as a Christian is naturally in contrast to the culture of the world and that friction should cause persecution which is why 2 Timothy 3:12 says, “everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted”.
So, if the world speaks well of you and no persecution follows you, it may be wise to reassess that Christianity because either these Scriptures are wrong or you are not living the life The Bible refers to.
