Is it a ghost? A shadow? A really fast-moving person?
TV cameras caught a shadowy human-like figure speeding across the screen during Thursday’s football match at Hernando Siles Stadium in La Paz, Bolivia, on Thursday April 17.
People in the crowd don’t seem to notice the figure.
The Heavy reports that the shadow “has human movements” and may in fact be a football player “double exposed on the camera.”
