Nigerian goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama and Victor Moses have returned to the Super Eagles to play in the match against Sudan after missing out against the Congo and South Africa in last month’s Afcon qualifiers.
The Nigerian coach, Stephen Keshi has released a list of 24 players that will play against Sudan in a 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualification game on October 11 and 15, 2014 in Khartoum and Abuja respectively.
Captain Enyeama makes a return to the team after being excused from the game against Congo and South Africa due to personal reasons while Moses will be hoping to play for the country for the first time since the 2014 Fifa World Cup.
Hope Akpan of Reading was handed his maiden call-up by Keshi.
Nigeria has one point and is placed third in Group A, keeping them under pressure to beat Sudan to stand a chance of defending their title in Morocco come 2015.
