Ailing governor of Taraba State, Danbaba Danfulani Suntai had reportedly left Abuja on Sunday, November 2, 2014 for a follow-up medical attention in London, United Kingdom.
This was released in a statement signed by the chief press secretary to the governor, Mr Hassan Mijinyawa.
Governor Suntai returned to Nigeria on Saturday, September 13 , 2014 having being discharged by the medical personnel managing his case in the UK.
Taraba State Acting Governor, Alhaji Garba Umar, approved all the necessary logistical requirements for the medical trip and ordered that the Governor must get the best treatment in the United Kingdom.
The governor departed the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, accompanied by his wife, Mrs Hauwa Suntai, some family members as well as his medical team and security details.
