Governor of River state, Nyesom Wike on Wednesday Junwe 17th 2015 paid a surprise visit to students of Government Girls Secondary School, Rumuokuta in Obio / Akpor Local Government Area.
The governor arrived to tour to ascertain the horrible state of infrastructure in the school.
