A woman has revealed she is HIV positive and has been deliberately sleeping with men to infect them with the virus.
Harriet Vihenda Akunava, a Kenyan native, took to social media to apologize and ask for forgiveness from men who she has had intercourse with.
In a video she posted online, Akunava showed a positive HIV test trip to corroborate her claim.
She wrote: “It’s time I come clean. I was bitter for many months but I can’t do this anymore. I am HIV positive and I have been infecting men. I am sorry, forgive me. Get tested if I have hanyad you.”
