Must read

The Islamic State (ISIS) group has issued Twitter co-founder, Jack Dorsey a death threat following the suspension if several pro-ISIS accounts on the social media platform.

Speaking via an anonymous website, the ISIS wrote: “Your virtual war on us will cause real war on you.

“You started this failed war. We told you from the beginning it’s not your war, but you didn’t get it and kept closing our accounts on Twitter, but we always come back.

“But when our lions [brave men] come and take your breath, you will never come back to life.”

The post was accompanied with a picture of Dorsey with a cross sight of a gun.

NBC reports that Twitter changed its terms of service following the beheading of American journalist, James Foley and will now suspend accounts posting “specific threats of violence against others,” with more than 2,800 pro-ISIS accounts suspended so far.

Twitter spokesman, Jim Prosser said law enforcement agencies had been informed and the authenticity will be confirmed.

“Our security team is investigating the veracity of these threats with relevant law enforcement officials,” he  said.
