A Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja on Thursday, November 27, 2014 dismissed an ex-parte application seeking to stop former minister of state for defence, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, from contesting the governorship primary in the state.
Obanikoro is vying for the Lagos State governorship seat under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
