Pictured poking his forked tongue through one of two gaping holes, alternative model, Joel Miggler, 23, from Küssaberg, Germany began experimenting with body modifications at the tender age of 13. Since then Joel has aquired a grand total of 27 different piercings, as well as 6 tattoos, an implant & has even had his buttock branded.
