Nyako said the actions of the  incumbent government in the state  has shown its level of desperation to come to power.

The acting governor, Fintiri had on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 made the allegationsa against Nyako during his maiden broadcast to citizens of the state.

He added that “Never in the history of Adamawa State had “Executive Stealing” and institutionalized corruption been elevated to the level of statecraft as in the past administration.”

The former governor who spoke through a press released signed by his spokesman Mallam Ahmed Sajoh and made available to Journalists in Yola, said  the recent treatment  against  him was a proof  to the fact that those behind  his illegal impeachment were not tired as they were hell bent at punishing him for exposing their fallacies.

Fintiri has promised to set up a Judicial commission of inquiry to investigate former Nyako’s administration.
