OnlyFans Star Hospitalised After Sleeping With 583 Men in a Day

Must read

SYDNEY, Australia — Annie Knight, a 27-year-old Australian OnlyFans creator who has dubbed herself “Australia’s most sexually active woman,” has been hospitalised following a controversial attempt to sleep with over 500 men in a single day.

The challenge, which reportedly involved 583 men, took place on Sunday and was followed by a medical emergency just 24 hours later.

Knight shared a video from her hospital bed on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, revealing that she had sought medical attention due to “severe cramps and excessive bleeding.”

The symptoms arose shortly after the event, which she had filmed as part of her content creation.

“On Sunday everything was all good, but the next day I had a lot of bleeding that I shouldn’t really have because I’m on contraception, and I was a little bit worried about it but decided I would wait it out and see how it goes,” Knight told Perth Now.

“Then it turned into really bad cramps and pains, then I started to get a bit worried and decided to take myself to hospital.”

Initial concerns from medical staff linked her symptoms to the physical demands of the event.

However, following a series of tests, doctors determined that Knight’s condition was related to her pre-existing diagnosis of endometriosis — a chronic illness where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside it.

“We ran a bunch of tests all day, then eventually it was my endometriosis had been exasperated by mostly stress and not so much the physical challenge that I did on Sunday,” she explained.

Endometriosis can cause a range of symptoms, including heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, fatigue, and even infertility.

While the causes remain unclear, research suggests links to genetic factors, immune dysfunction, and environmental triggers.

Treatments often include hormonal therapy or surgery aimed at alleviating pain and improving quality of life.

This incident marks Knight’s second hospitalisation in recent months.

In April, she was admitted for an unrelated medical concern. Her fiancé, Henry Brayshaw, shared an image of her in a hospital gown at the time, joking in the caption, “Wonder where the life support switch is?”

Knight and Brayshaw recently garnered public attention after announcing their engagement just one week into dating officially. The pair, however, share a decade-long history.

“The crazy bit about it is we’ve only been officially dating for a week,” Knight said during an appearance on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

“However, we’ve been best friends for ten years and we have dated in the past. It’s not a shotgun engagement or anything like that. It’s been ten years in the making.”

Despite her engagement, Knight affirmed that her professional life as an adult content creator remains unchanged.

She stated that she still plans to achieve her goal of sleeping with 1,000 men before the end of 2025.

“He is super supportive, he’s just the best and he understands that I’m very work-oriented and that I enjoy my job,” she said.

“We have ten years of history. He knows me better than anyone… he accepts me for who I am.”

Notably, the couple’s arrangement is not reciprocal. While Knight maintains an open lifestyle as part of her work, her fiancé is expected to remain monogamous.

“He is completely monogamous and faithful to me and is forbidden from sleeping with other women—but the same rules don’t apply to me,” she added.

Knight’s high-profile lifestyle and openness about her career and personal life have continued to fuel debate across Australia and beyond, raising broader questions around agency, relationships, and societal norms.
