President Goodluck Jonathan has canceled today’s Federal Executive Council Meeting. The meeting has been shelved to enable members of the council attend the 3-day prayer for Vice President Namadi Sambo’s deceased brother, Yusuf Sabo Sambo.

The 58-year-old pilot died in a fatal accident on Sunday, April 27, 2014 along the Bill Clinton Drive, Airport road, Abuja.
The special assistant (media) to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sam Nwaobasi, announced the suspension of the meeting.
