Former Minister of Works Mr Isaiah Balat has just passed away at age 62.
Until his death, Balat was a special adviser on special duties to Vice-President Nnamadi Sambo, he was also a one time senator from Kaduna State.
He passed away in Abuja on Tuesday February 18th 2014 at about 1 p.m., his colleague and friend Philip Sule has confirmed.
