Pictures have emerged apparently showing 89-year-old British monarch Queen Elizabeth visiting her great-grandson and helping out with the care of her new great-granddaughter, Charlotte.
The pics show “Elizabeth” changing the Princess Charlotte’s diapers, making her milk, testing its warmth and feeding her.
The picture of the Prince’s firstborn wearing a Shirt with the words “Heir” and the newly welcomed second born wearing a shirt with “Spare” would be the first clue that all is not as it seems in these photos
These intimate snaps of the Queen’s first meeting with her great-granddaughter were actually captured by Alison Jackson, renowned for her spoof images using lookalikes.
Meaning as closely as they resemble the royal family all these people are just actors/models including the children.
