The accident occurred while 17-year-old Douglas Trey Winslow was visiting Rodney Clay Patrick Jr. at his home in Brevard County, Florida.
And authorities said that Patrick began acting out the lyrics to a rap song using the firearm – which he didn’t realise was loaded – and accidentally shot Winslow dead.
Patrick was arrested and charged with manslaughter with a firearm, tampering with evidence and possession of a controlled substance. He is being held at Brevard County Jail.
