Despite the warnings of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, that Ohanaeze Ndigbo President General, Prof. George Obiozor, South-East Governors others should desist from re-establishing Ebubeagu security outfit, Ebonyi state governor, Dave Umahi, on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, ignored their treat and re-launched Ebubeagu.
IPOB through its secretary, Emma Powerful had warned Obiozor to tread with caution, noting that re-establishment of Ebubeagu would worsen the precarious security situation in the south-east region.
