Couple Decide To Allow The Internet Name Their Daughter, CLICK To See The Bizarre Outcome

This couple’s daughter should be named Cthulhu All-Spark, but they chickened out after allowing internet users to name her.

Stephen and Alysha McLaughlin, from Canada, had decided to allow web surfers to make the big decision by voting on namemydaughter.com.

But when it became clear their newborn would be given a ridiculous title, they changed their mind.

Instead of Cthulhu (a mythical beast), the new parents decided to go with the rather tame name of Amelia, which came second in the poll.

They had also given the responsibility of their daughter’s middle name to the internet, which again didn’t disappoint, choosing All-Spark.

This was too much for the Canadians who eventually went with Savannah Joy for the middle name.

In their defence, the McLaughlins had stated they would make the final decision.

They received 150,000 votes from users.
