Niger Delta Warlord, Boyloaf, Renames Niger Delta Avengers After ‘Sponsors’ (CLICK)

Must read

Former Niger Delta warlord, Victor-Ben Ebikamobowei,  also known as Boyloaf, has condemned the actions of the Niger Delta Avengers and renamed the group, Niger Delta NIMASA after what, he says, are the sponsors of the new militant group.

Boyloaf, also commonly called Victor-Ben, a commander of the defunct for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) has accused “persons trying to avoid prosecution for their alleged crimes under the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan” of sponsoring the new age militant group who have sworn to end oil production in Nigeria.

Boyloaf spoke with Naij.com and said, “There is nothing like Niger Delta avengers, we know NIMASA avengers there is nothing like the Niger Delta avengers.”

“They are just a few group of people that are supposed to face what they did and they decided to convert it to struggle,” Boyloaf maintained.

Boyloaf accused the sponsors of plans to distract the government from getting prosecuted for their crimes.

“There is nothing like the Niger Delta avengers, it is NIMASA, they want to distract government from the things they have done, do not pay any attention to them.

“Everybody that committed should face his sin and should not convert it to struggle. However, Boyloaf fingered Government Ekpemupolo also known as Tompolo as the leader of the ongoing crisis in the Niger-Delta.

“Tompolo is in the bush, he is no more on the street so he should remain there. Somebody cannot commit sin and hide, he should face the sin and not convert it to avenger.

“Is it not business everyone did with him? So they handled The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) themselves as their own personal company, they should go and give account for what they did. Is he bigger than Nigeria?

“Afterall they called many people and they gave account, so he should go. Why is his own so different? Whenever government attack, they will convert it to [a] struggle.”

Former Niger Delta warlord, Chief Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo has denied any involvement in the Niger Delta Avengers and called on the group to cease hostilities against the Nigerian state and embrace dialogue.

The Niger Delta Avengers say it is waging a war for a free Niger Delta Republic in what it tags, Operation Red Economy, with a view of halting crude oil production in Nigeria to force the government to grant the group’s demands. The group has presented an 11-point demand to President Muhammadu Buhari and the first is the implementation of the recommendations of the 2014 National Conference. By the way, President Muhammadu Buhari has not read the report and believes it should remain in “the archives”, archives is a code word for dustbin.
