Ever so often, a celebrity comes out with a “secret” to their beauty. A dominant factor in the beauty secret(s) is a eating plan. From extreme to juicing to low-carbs, these 11 top celebrities tell us about their weight loss diets.

1. Katy Perry – The M-Plan Diet

Dieters eat a mushroom based meal for lunch or dinner and supposedly weight can be lost while maintaining bust size.

2. Reese Witherspoon: The Baby Food Diet

On the baby food diet, dieters eat 14 servings of baby food a day and one full size adult dinner.

3. Kim Kardashian: The Meal Replacement Diet

Meal Replacement Diets hinge on replacing a meal with a shake or a bar to lower caloric intake.

4. Gwyneth Paltrow : The Alkaline Diet

Leaving out acid-forming foods such as coffee, sugar, refined carbs and dairy, those following the Alkaline Diet eat mainly leafy greens such as spinach and pseudo-grains such as quinoa.
