That warm glow of love feels amazing and we all know when we have found it.

1. They only have one topic on their agenda: him, him, him (or her, her, her). The cute thing their new love does in their sleep. What they said this morning. That joke he/she told that only they find funny. You will hear it all non-stop.
2. They shop more for him than they do for themselves. Shopping trips have far more pitstops at Game than they ever used to.
3. They go home early on a night out because their partner will be waiting up.
4. They spend all Sunday morning in bed and you can’t get in touch with them til noon. But they probably aren’t having a lie in or reading the Sunday papers.
5. They bring their new love along to your get-togethers and suddenly your topics are surprisingly restricted and awkward. Did your conversations really only consist of moaning about love and relationships before?
6. They have a weird glow in their cheeks. And they’re always smiling from ear to ear and have a skip in their step.
7. They’re open about their sex life. But they don’t have funny stories to tell about how it all went wrong, just mushy ones about how he hits that spot every single time.
8. They have started using pet names that you didn’t even know existed. You never knew before now that any man could be called someone’s cuddle monster.
9. They reject nights out more and more. For some reason you’re no longer top of their list, no matter which gig you’re going to. They’d rather slouch on the settee with him watching Netflix.
10. They start liking new things that they never did before. Since when were they a fan of the Rocky movies? And they’d never touched an X Box controller until now.
11. They now have secrets. But ones that they don’t share with you because they’re his/her secrets and they’d never break their new partner’s trust. Damn.
12. They seem to be subconciously weighing you up as bridesmaid or usher material. And shamelessly you find yourself competing with your other friends for the role.
13. They have no money around their partner’s birthday or Valentine’s Day. And your Christmas gifts from them are now much less extravagant.
14. Their Instagram and Facebook accounts are now taken over with couple selfies. Gone are the night out pics that you used to have a starring role in.
15. Their house decor changes to match his/her growing influence in their life. He/she even gets a whole section of their wardrobe and bathroom cabinet.
16. They get a cat. Purely to see how they manage to care for something with their new other half. Training for baby time?
17. Their fashion changes. Wearing trackies to the pub is now OK. Its not like they’re trying to get lucky anymore.
18. They stop saying which celebrities they find attractive. Cos that’s kind of like cheating, you know?
